I'd sue the cop. He had suspicions that the man was intoxicated. He than asked the man to do a task that he was in no shape to safely complete. He was injured in the attempt. LAWSUIT!
WTF?! firstly it was sticking some tape on the floor and secondly it was probs part of th f ucking test aniway and third;y good luck winning a case which was blatently not the police officers fault...

He has to do that. Go ahead and sue but if he does not do that it is hard to make a case without any sobreity tests performed. The defense attorney would eat that case alive.
