I ride pretty much everyday and this is the dumbest biker I've ever seen. No matter how upset I might be with another driver, the fact is they are in a car and you are on a bike.

Regardless of what you think the driver of the car is at fault.

He was following too close.

That is the actual charge.

You cannot charge the person in front unless they cut the driver off causing the accident and clearly there is a considerable lapse in time between the motorcycle's arrival and the car's contact.

It think this was intentional or the driver of the car was stoned on weed.

He intentionally accelerated "after" the bike arrived in front of him.

The driver of the car actually checks the front of his car despite the fact that he cause a motorcycle to go down.

He's lucky I was not there. He would have gotten a free "tune up".

The driver of the car should be charged with assault with a weapon.

I am a rider and I side fully with the driver of the car on this one.
That biker intentionally cut him off and spiked his brakes.
The driver had absolutely no chance to avoid the biker that intentionally hit the brakes multiple times.

He stopped or almost came to a halt. The driver didn't have enough time to slow down.

If footage shows any proof of reckless driving on the behalf of the driver in front, this can be used as evidence to charge the motorcyclist. Since this is what we just watched, Sherlock, your idea is kinda flawed. Its why they put these camaras in cars.

Doesn't matter. It's stupid for a biker to think they can take on a car. Look what happened...owned!
