Supposed to know? I'm pretty sure you can tell someone has down syndrome pretty fast.

downs or not, anything kicking my son in the balls like that is immediately going to give me a natural reaction to snap and destroy whatever just did that, regardless of what it is

Down Syndrome guy hardly even touched the kid, his kick was so weak that the kid just looked confused.

No need for the black guy to fully chimp out on him. Kid didn't even look as if he knew what the f*ck was going on, you can be sure he'll grow up to be just like his dad and solve every single issue with violence though.

How can you judge the dad based on a 58 second video?
"solve every single issue with violence"
This wasn't just a little argument or something, all the father saw was a fully gown man suddenly turn and kick his child for no apparent reason, in what looked like the balls.

That is assault on a minor and warrants the response the dad gave.

If he had just stolen a chip or something and the dad knocked him out, then you may have been able to make a point about how he always uses violence

You're no better than the ugly word you used if you can't speak respectfully about those who are mentally challenged. You're apparently mentally challenged more than my grandson because he'd NEVER use that word to describe anyone. And "a good beating" is NEVER a prescription for anyone. You're a bully and abusive!

You can clearly tell he has Down's syndrome by his face in the video. I have nothing against downs people, but if someone keeps kicked say my 5 year old sister I would have to be crazy not to strike them.

A real kick in the balls will disable any male, be it a six foot six soldier or a two foot little boy.

Can confirm. I have two boys and, boys being roughhousing boys, neither one of them made it past age 3 before getting hit in the ballsack, and both of them squirmed and cried on the floor. Not to mention I kicked a 5 year old in the balls in kindergarten because he kept hitting me and he had the same reaction of writhing and crying, so I can say with relative certainty that a little boy who gets hit in the nuts is going to be rendered pretty much helpless.

I'd have done more than punch that neanderthal c*nt, I'd have lined his teeth up on the curb and stamped the back of his head until his downie brains were on the roadside.

Yeah, this boy definitely didn't get kicked "there." My son is three and when he got hit in his balls he was down for the count in tears. There's a reason they teach it in self-defense.
