Just for the record everyone, electric fences like that do not deliver enough electrical charge to potentially mame or seriously injure an animal or person. it is merely there to deter things, like deer and other animals and criters. under the federal law of animal cruelty those fences with their electrical charge do not count as animal cruelty if dont in the manne rlike this. if the man was holding the dog up against the fence then yes, it would be animal cruelty, but this video was not animal cruelty because he did not force the dog to do it, or interfear with the dog, and the law says this is not cruelty. just to rest the case for weary people.

me and my uncle pissed on the electric fence sorrounding our farm and it sent us a good bit of a shock but my pecker is fine and nothing but a good jolt and 20 mins of laughing in pain
