In my country bike rides have to follow the same rules as cars. Bikes riders fault and some blame has to be given to the girls nice ass...lol

You are a dumb retard: take a closer look and you will see that this one is a sidewalk AND bicycle path; you can tell because half the path is coloured RED. And also because there is the bicycle crossing next to the pedestrian crossing (you see those white squares? They are not there for fun).

This looks like a video from the U.k. A lot of U.S. cities don't have a special bike lane on the sidewalk or along the crosswalk. Now this is not a bad idea especially since big cities like N.Y.C. just have a designated bike lane along the curb side of the road. Now the problem there is cabs and delivery trucks park in these lanes to load and unload forcing riders into the driving lane or onto the sidewalk. So if Xeno lives in a city without shared lanes his point is perfectly valid.
