Anyone out there getting bullied, this helped me numerous times. If its a last ditch effort and you cant punch to hard, kick or punch the bully in the stomach, but when they bend over, grab thier head and bounce it off your knee. One two knockout that almost anyone can do. Havent been bullied since.
